In regards to the usual barrage of “country club wagon” comments on David Tracey’s !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! I thought I would !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! to Overland & Expedition a few days ago.

I am actively trying to sway my parents into picking up a land cruiser, it'll be the last vehicle they'll ever need to buy. They like it a lot, but damn $80k+ could really get you some nice cars...

It’s one of those vehicles even car people forget exists because it’s never advertised and rarely discussed.

But I like it. The price is a bit ridiculous since you can get a top-line Lexus for less, however it’s less embarrassing to tell people you have a Land Cruiser.

A client of mine just picked up a 200 (to replace their horrible Touareg), I’m looking forward to checking it out. It’ll never get wheeled, which is too bad.

Lol at that buyers guide. They’re perfectly capable. They may not look the part but they do quite well. Sounds like something else in that segment... Range Rover perhaps?
